Who operates BankCompass
BankCompass is operated by DMJ Adventures LLC, based in Utah, United States (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms apply to your use of the BankCompass website and research tools. Contact us at support@bankcompass.net.
Research service
BankCompass provides bank data, calculations, comparisons, and research tools for informational purposes. It does not provide personalized investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Read our data disclosures before relying on a result.
Accounts and your content
Accounts are optional for browsing research and downloading available exports. An account lets you save research. Keep your login credentials private and provide an email address you control. You retain ownership of notes and other content you submit and permit us to store and process it to provide the service. Do not submit passwords, financial account numbers, confidential customer records, or content you do not have permission to use.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another person's account, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse or security concerns. You may request account closure through our contact address.
Data, availability, and responsibility
Data can contain errors, omissions, revisions, and delays. Independently verify material figures against the original regulatory filings. Downloads are subject to any applicable source terms. We do not claim ownership of public regulatory filings. Features and datasets may change or become unavailable.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. We will provide additional notice of material changes when appropriate or required by law.
